Running a school well takes more than good intentions — it takes real systems for budgets, staffing, culture, and compliance. Most schools are asked to figure this out with no roadmap and no time.

I've spent a decade doing exactly that: as an Athletic Director, Assistant Principal, and teacher across charter and public schools. I've built athletic programs from scratch — including a novice soccer program that reached the State Semifinals-won Coach of the Year Honors— and led school culture turnarounds that lowered discipline incidents while raising test scores, staff morale, and retention.

Athletics is where most of my work happens today, but the same experience applies across curriculum, discipline systems, staff development, and operations. Now I help other schools build all of it, faster and with fewer costly mistakes.

Our philosophy is partially based on the teachings of my dad, Dave, who has been a teacher, coach, and professor in New York for 45 years and is a member of the New York State Basketball Hall of Fame. We design programs around the four pillars that have shaped our mission: pride, passion, purpose, and poise.
